Horrible Experience

I'm stuck on the side of the road for hours tried calling this only number ***on my policy doc amd your website and apparently it does not exist, i even asked friends to try connecting me and number is engaged or busy dialing tone then boom does not exist. Logged a call me back request no one called back. I don't understand why don't you have a live chat option since you don't call back your clients, I'm still strunded with no help, i won't continue with this plan after contract expires in May. I still need help 4 hours later no one called and line still not working
