headache claim processes

Motorhappy, M-sure, Liqud capital all the same. Every time I have to submit a claim for this company it's always issues, I have used their service plan and my car stayed for 4 days at the dealer because they were refusing to pay for the service, no valid reason was given I had to call everyday and follow up wasting my time and they kept delaying for no reason at all. Now I tried using their M-sure warranty plan, I called requesting road side assist that took 2 hours to arrive, after dropping my car off at the panel beater centre I had to call them for 3 hours trying to get them to pay for a the road assist and they kept transferring my calls between motorhappy, m-sure, liquid capital, no help nothing and all I got was stories, they mixed up my policies and cancelled my other policy without telling me. All this I get when they are suppose to pay and yet I had been paying for their service. Headache all the time when I have to submit a claim.
