Great customer service!

<p>My car needed a battery replacement, and as a busy (and often negligent) person, I have never read through what I am actually paying for with regards to my car (insurance/warranties/etc.). About a month after replacing my battery in my car, I stumbled upon the SA Warranties Ts&Cs in my inbox. I knew I had an extended warranty on my car, but I didn't know what it covered, much less a battery as it's wear-and-tear. I read through the document and could've kicked myself for reading that SAW covers my battery replacement as well. I called them, trying my luck and asking them how long would a claim need to be made before they cover the costs. The guy, called Andre P. told me 7 days then asked when I had my battery replaced. I told him a month ago (from that time). He said I should send him the invoice, he's not saying yes or no, but they'll take a look at it. 2 weeks later brings us to today, I wake up to an SMS saying that SA Warranties has deposited the cost of the battery as per the invoice into my bank account. I honestly didn't expect it, and it's so nice to know that the services you are paying for is actually on your side and does not find any loopholes to not pay you out. I am very grateful to SAW; I know my claim wasn't done in the usual, timeous sense, but their customer service is commendable. Well done! :)</p>
