Great attitude

I inquired about a claim I had put through and had not received feedback on by sending a mail to a sales consultant whom I had dealt with in the past. This sales consultant forwarded my query to Cassie. As Cassie does not work in the department, that deals with claims she advised me on where to forward the query to AND she sent a follow up email as well. Thank you Cassie, I wish all the staff at SA Warranties could follow your example. A little bit goes a long way.
