Good with words but no payout during claims

I took out a credit protection plan in 2018 the agent explained that in an event where I don't have any income the insurance will pay for me.. To my surprise when I have to claim its a different story.. I want a full refund and a refund for my warranty premiums i don't want any business with m-sure any more
