Good service

Good Service- Its a bit confusing to figure out who you are actually dealing with. Debit order goes to SA Warranties. Website is M-Sure and emails are from CMC. You cant get through to the call center but the online claims submission is pretty straightforward and from then on the service is great. I had made 2 claims so far and no issues on either of them. I received follow up calls from CMC to ensure i was happy with the chosen Panel beater and they even approved a claim from a panel beater not on their list because it was more convenient for me, as i stay out in the sticks and was too far to one of their approved panel beaters. I see most of the comments about them seem negative but I have only had good dealings with them and can defiantly recommend them
