Good online application process/web chat/customer service

Just recently joined M-Sure and am very impressed with the application process and staff response. Kurt McPherson was the guy who assisted me from customer services and he was very well informed and able to provide assistance very promptly and efficiently.

I have yet to see if the M-Sure staff are just as good when I may actually need to claim?!
