Good day!! I have problem with M-sure insurance regarding their service

Good day!! I have problem with M-sure insurance regarding their service. Claim QWTY033317CLM I called you on the 28 May 2024 to send policy of my warranty to check how do you cover me before I take my car in for repair or replacement whatever mechanical problem is and you promised to send and they you haven't. My car went in on the 30 May 2024 and by then I did not had my wording policy Now I took my car for service the and the was some mechanical issues and you telling me you cover only R5500 while Mazda they want R10k. Now where I'm gonna get money to pay for that, their service it's sucks. Now I have to pay balance that I was not budgeted for or I don't have. May please fix this. Regards Solly
