Ghost correspondence

Good Day Ettienne,

Re the invoice for the car and the repairs.
As agreed with you at the time, the car was under Warranty with SA Warranties
Policy Number BTB192GP
The claim was forwarded as per your invoices and claims as outlined for the reason for the mechanical failure to SA Warranties under:
Reference number 143950
The person spoken to at the time was Eddie - **********

All relative correspondence was sent to them under the warranty for Payment to you.
Given we had not heard from you in the past few months, we were under the impression you had been paid.

5 Months later and still no progress on payment.

This is the excuse from the policy holder. Yet neither he nor SA warranties corresponded with me but he insists they did. Alsa he is unable to send proof of these GHOST e mails.

Good Day Ettienne,

I spoke to a representative yesterday re your invoice for the repairs and subsequent description.

It appears you were contacted via e-mail in relation to the banking details provided on the invoice / Versus the changed details.
Because you are not on the list of preferred Dealer repair list, they needed information from you etc which was e-mailed according to the documents on file and that was not responded to by yourselves.

The Claim was closed in December 2016.

The e-mail i use is **********
NOW WHAT SHOULD I DO ABOUT THESE DECEIVING LIES, AND HOW WILL I GET MY PAYMENT OF OVER R20 000???
