How the hell do i have an insurance i never joined. You even have the decency to send contracts. Funny thing is there is all the contact details but no one bother BOTHERS TO ANSWER AND IF YOU EVENTUALLY DO THE SO CALLED CONSULTANTS HANGS UP ON MY EAR. KINDLY EXPLAIN WHAT THE HELL THIS IS AS I AM FEDUP
