there first comunication we recieved from them is to say that the will change the Underwriter on the policy and the policy started 3-4 years ago. It took us 2month to find out what car is insured and how this policy was taken out. Now we have been tring to cancel as it is a top up cover which is not needed. They WIL NOT CANCEL the policy. Everytime we need to leave message or they tell us to send an email and NOTHING gets done!!!!! This is such bad service!
