First time experience bad service

<p>First time experience with sa warranties.</p> <p>My car has a problem with a clutch, clutch plate has to be replaced, I took it to renualt dealership. We are told that sa warranties can Not cover the clutch because of how I drove the car that is why it is damaged. As far as I know,this warranty does not say explain how they cover components.Their booklet says they cover clutch that is why I claimed for it..I need to know why am I paying this warranty if they can not do things for me.Pathetic service </p>
