Finding every reason not to pay

I took my car to Club Motors for a drive train error. They did diagnosis and sent logs and quotation back to M Sure reference 602088. M Sure sent their own assessor to Club Motors, and they disputed what the BMW specialist wrote, as such they only authorized the stretched timing chain, to which BMW said they cannot do half the job as that might be affected by the worn out VANOS.

I then asked Club Motors to release the vehicle (with a cleared error), at a heavy strip and quote cost to me, so I can take the car elsewhere for second opinion when the error resurfaces.

The error resurfaced in December again and I took it to BMW Centurion. The car has been with Leo Haese Centurion for a while now. The initial diagnosis showed a coil fault, which M Sure authorized without any problems. But when the vehicle was taken for a test run, it came back with another Drive Train error. The car was stripped and once again, among the faulty parts, the VANOS came back again.

MSure sent their assessor onsite, he came back with the report different to what the BMW specialist stated. Msure assessor still thinks the VANOS unit can be re-used. Can someone senior at MSure please have a look at case MS-614295-C, see how long I have been without a car and take me out of my misery.

I refuse to believe the 2 technicians along with the diagnosis reports can be wrong. The only thing I see here is MSure enjoying the premiums, but not finding pleasure in paying out when it is their turn.

Just yesterday, another information-probing email was sent to BMW, and the information they need doesn't apply to my car model, BMW asked MSure to explain what they actually need, and they haven't returned. This is causing more and more frustration on both myself and BMW who have been having my car since 28 December 2021.
