Feedback and Payout non existant

I am shocked at the service that SA Warranties are providing. I purchased a vehicle at Hyundai Boksburg about two months ago. The Financial Manager is assisting me with getting my monies back from SA Warranties. This has been a nightmare. The pay out was arranged with one of the consultants at SA Warranties. We were promised that the monies would be paid out today Wednesday 2 Dec, we have this on email. Now it gets told it is going to take 30 days. SA Warranties wake up. Please do not feed your customers incorrect information, get your facts straight. I'm upset with the dealership when infect the issue is with the Staff at SA Warranties that have there facts wrong. I want my pay out soughted out ASAP. As we were promised it was going to be paid today. Shocking service.....
