Failure to honour invoice

Hello Pete,<br> <br> I had my car towed to a dealership in Midrand on the 3/07/2015 as a result of overheating and it's been 3 weeks now since my car been there.<br> <br> Today the delearship was informed by SAW that they will approved only R5000 of the R31000 quotation. I was very upset to hear this and i immediately call SAW and spoke to Alex.<br> <br> I ask Alex if he can explain to me why they only approved R5000, and this is he explanation and i quote \ your car has 3 mechanical parts that needs to be replace
