Failure to Deliver service

I bought a bumper to bumper SAW vehicle warranty, However come claim time SAW doesn't to pay for a part they said will cover. SAW warranty only paid for tie rods ends and refuses to pay for rack-end/inner tie rods ends or joints!. All these components form part of the vehicle Steering Mechanism cover i purchased at SAW. I have lodged a complaint with SAW before coming into this forum, but SAW is ignoring my complain and is not responding. This *****ing as i paid up front when i bought this warranty, but today SAW doesn't want to pay!
