EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE

I phoned M-Sure to inquire about my services with them. The receptionist who picked up my call, told me there's is no-one at M-sure available to assist clients, as in like no-one, i mean everybody is gone out for a Christsmas party.

What sort of company does a thing like that...

Then the receptionist says says she will leave a message for a consultant to call me back upon arrival on Monday 09/12/2019. It is now 12:40 i had not received any call from M-sure. Furthermore, i tried to call them twice, their phones get cut off, the receptionist just transfers call without keeping a client on hold.

I want nothing to do with this company. I would not recommend it to anyone..
