Extended warranty

Last year I received a phone call from one of the people that work for your company. They said I needed to take a warranty for my car since my 5 year plan was going to expire. I took the advice and I asked will this cover include the service for my car. The answer was yes, so I decided to take the cover without any hesitation. Yesterday to my surprise when I called they' said my cover doesn't pay for the service. I'm so disappointed, now I have to pay R 4700 which I don't have. Please stop misleading people just to get sales
