Extended Motor warranty

In September 2021 my car had mechanical breakdown and it was towed to VW Vereeniging where I was quoted and paid in cash from my pocket. I recently found out that I have an extended warranty on my care with SA Warranty now called M-Sure. I contacted then to enquire how would I be reimbursed as I have the invoices and proof of payment from my account to VW account. I took my car to an accredited dealer and now they don't want to reimburse my money.

Please HELP!!!
