Exellent and Proffesional Service

I wish to say thank you to the M-Sure team how my claim was treated for my vehicle. My vehicle was purchased pre-owned, 1-year ago with a full-service history as well with a Dekra certification. My vehicle started smoking all of a sudden, approximately 10-months after purchased date by using excessive engine oil. I took the vehicle to an RMI approved repairer, which specialise in VW and Audi. The repairer investigate that the engine rings collapsed due to VW manufacturing error and that the engine require a major engine overhaul. The quoted amount for the reconditioning of the engine was an amount, which was absolutely and really not affordable for any salary earning individual. M-Sure assessor's asses the engine in a stripped state and found that the report given by the professional RMI repairer was true and does meet the claim amount. Within another 4-days later, I contacted M-Sure with the result that my claim was approved and that the authority will be forwarded to the specialised RMI repairer. The claim amount paid by M-Sure was not the full quoted amount, but at least cover a big margin of the costs (Beggars can't be Choosers). The balance required from me to be paid was really worth it, only 9% of the full quoted amount. Really, in future I will surely and definitely make use of M-Sure again and will recommend M-Sure to each and every one, which is in the market to purchase a pre-owned vehicle. I even consider to extend my contract with M-Sure when my current contract meets the term date. Well done M-Sure for your very good, professional service and understanding.
