Exceptional Service
My car broke down on Thursday night & I called in the next morning to settle my account & get request a tow-truck to pickup my car and move it to the nearest service center. Sindiswa Mgidi gave exceptional service and patiently helped me through my claim, calling me a number of times to ensure I’m receiving assistance and understanding the process. I hope she gets the well deserved recognition.
