M sure' - I would like to express my gratitude for the assistance I've got from Inamandla. He was so helpful in getting my claim approved. The vehicle was not serviced at 30k interval prior purchase, which was/is one of the requirements when submitting a claim under plan N. To cut a long story short, my claim was approved and paid in full, even though we had to make some adjustments to my policy, I appreciate his advices and engagement during the process of getting everything sorted (very prompt response and professional).
