Duplicate accounts issued in my name and debited for a long period.

Good day

I have requested the statement of accounts for both accounts issued in my name, on numerous occasions. Why was this not picked up by M-Sure and I had to bring it to their attention. Now, I have requested to obtain statements of both accounts issued in my name (duplicated) and the individual states, yes I will receive my reimbur*****t, but no transparency to date.

What is the status as my account was debited twice for a long duration and now there is no transparency in terms of the account handling.
