Dubious company - *****s from their clients be careful

this is a dubious company to engage with. they were quick to call me to renew my contract but instead *********ly created 2 portfolios so that i pay 2 premiums for the same cover. i called to inform them in Feb'22 and they apologized and said it was fixed that the second premium was cancelled but the debit orders still went off twice. i contacted them again on emails and they refunded but was clever enough to then combine the 2 premium amounts into one debit order so that i wouldn't notice. so they stopped the double debits and started double premium debits for the past 5 months. i am trying to contact them but to no avail. i hope to get my premiums reversed. please can somebody advise me as to who the alternate competitor to m-sure is so that i can take out cover elsewhere. thanks
