Don't use M-Sure for anything

The worst shortfall cover insurance you vould ever use or ask for. If you're unsure who to use for shortfall cover use anyone except them. Car was written off, my car insurance paid their portion but somehow M-Sure is taking forever to cover the rest to the extent that I had to cover the variance myself otherwise the debit order of the vehicle I no longer possessed would've been deducted monthly. Trying to get them to reimburse is a mission on it's own. Trying to get response from them or at least advise where they are in the process is pethatic as they don't respond to emails or anything.

I have to followup with them almost on a daily basis and they show absolutely no sympathy for my situation.
