DO NOT EVER WASTE YOUR TIME WITH M-SURE

Absolutely pathetic.

My car had a warranty that was carried over from SA Warranties, when it was with them, there was never an issue.

Now that M Sure strolled along, my claim has been sitting unnattended. I received an SMS saying it had been recieved. But 3 weeks later when i follow up, they tell me that no claim had been received.
