do not cover anything on my car

i bought a car through carfin from a private dealer. not receiving a contract since from sa warranties .i had my car only 2 months it broke down and were towed to the repairshop. after a month and a half waiting on any communication from sa warranties and several calls i find out today after the car were accessed a week and a half ago by the accesor that they declined everything as it was a exsiting defect when i bought the car and refer me to the private dealer. there service and communication that i got from this company were the worst i ever experienced in my life.
