disgusting service

Just like all the other complaints similar to mine,on hold with the so called claims department for way too long and when you do speak to the dumb ass consultant they are rude and pass you onto their supervisor which then you get cut off..no messages are returned via phone or email..its takes sooo looong for any responce from the claims department only to find out that your claim havn't even been looked at, or there's documents missing or excuse after excuse..my eperience with this company has made me sick..You are based in Edenvale,good ,let's see how you try and contact me,when you find scratch marks and punctured tyres on your cars..I hate SUCK warranties...please hold..
