Disgusting Customer Service

Poor Record keeping. They insisted that the Service Garage proof to them my vehicle is being claimed and they too 8 hours to respond. When i called, i was put through to 5 different departments and the last one just hung up on me. A sixth person called me and idiot. My do i have an extended warranty if they don't bother to keep record of my claims.
