Disgusted with policy and service levels from M-sure. Would not recommend to anyone

I have a scratch and dent policy that was taken out with Regent as a Paint tech policy. Somewhere along the way, I now need to deal with M-sure financial services. The policy used to always be wonderful, of late I am battling with each and every single one of my claims.

From a mag wheel repair on the policy to some cosmetic scratches. I am currently following up with them on a bi weekly basis to try and get things sorted out and resolved and keep getting told we busy processing it. Nothing happens....Parcel of files just seems to be passed from one individual to the next. Very disgusted with the service I have received from them.
