Disappointing Experience When Cancelling Policy
Initially, the customer service seemed great — until I tried to cancel my policy and request a pro-rata refund for a policy I paid upfront.
Despite providing a settlement letter, screenshots, bank statements, and even the dealership’s contact details to verify the sale of the vehicle, I repeatedly received the same generic response (if I got a reply at all): that a signed document is required to prove the vehicle’s date of sale.
What I still don’t understand — and have asked M-Sure directly — is why it matters whether the vehicle was sold, traded in, or merely settled. I simply want to cancel a policy I no longer need. That should be straightforward.
Unfortunately, this has become unnecessarily frustrating. Dealing with any company should not be this difficult.
Come on, M-Sure — you can and should do better.
