Disappointed in service

I’m very disappointed with their service to a point that I want my insurance canceled with them immediately and get my money back.

They told me I had a limit of R5000 per quarter to fix dents on my car but suddenly when they have to pay for a claim of R3000 they rejected my claim, telling me the debts is more than 15cm.

Isn’t the limit given supposed to determine whether you can pay or not because it’s still my limit. What do you want to do with my money if you don’t want to cover an amount of R3000?

Rather choose bidvest, renew tech or any other dent insurance company, they probably do a much better job compared to them.

You are a bad insurance company shame and it goes without saying!
