Delay

It took me four months without my car. They choose their dealer and after that they took long to finalize. When waiting for them to authorize, they tell you they can't fix it and tells you to fix it and they will refund you. Mind you I have 1 car and I'm traveling with it daily from home to work. Just imagine four months without a car and traveling for 100k per day. No public transport is allowed there and have to walk for 3k. They can disappoint you.
