De*****ing on Warranty

Purchased a used vehicle at a dealer paid cash for the vehicle and was urged to take warranty. I took it paid for cash it and in few days discovered that the vehicle was very faulty. Had serious gear box issues. I returned the vehicle I had been urged to take the warranty for but l have been talking to Pieter Libuschagne of SA WARRANTIES on email WILL NOT REFUND ME MY MONEY l paid for warranty even when l didint keep the vehicle.
