M-sure warranty is bad and they always makes excuses not to pay in short guys please don't opt for this warranty when you buy a car, tell them you want the warranty of your choice. M-SURE will leave you stranded. In short M-sure adviced the workshop that I should pay as a client they will refund me, because the workshop don't have a dealer code with them and it will take some time. A week after I app**** for a refund then they came with lot of stories why i did not go to their registered rmi workshop and they never provided the list and the contracted states clearly you can take a car to any registered rmi.
