Credit shortfall

Hi i have a credit shortfall with m sure my vehicle was written off so now my claim is sent for approval by management im still awaiting it has been a week , im not sure but the agent when i called was polite and stated that i must be patient i need this to be cause my insurance has already paid their share at the dealer i took the shortfall so in the event of something like what happend to me credit shortfall settles the bank after insurance im still awaiting feedback up till now i hope they dont let me down and settle my claim i trust them and took it so it is their hands now and you have to cancel vaps before registering a claim.

Thank you so much i have a new vehicle now and still used m sure for the credit shortfall so i hope they dont disappoint me with this claim i am waiting for approval ,please email me feedback on my email you have on my policy which is now cancelled cause car written off and awaiting shortfall payment from you guys. Thank you
