Con Artists of Note

Dealing with M-Sure has turned into a nightmare. They make it so difficult to claim. I have been paying a policy for 2 years and when I want to make a claim for dent and scratch repair, I phoned them only to be sent from pillar to post, client services, claims, dent&scratch department, client services. Nobody accepts any responsibility, they just pass you on from one department to the next and you hold and you hold and you hold. Eventually I got to speak to somebody who told me that my account was flagged. Apparently because I had indicated that I wouldn't be renewing the contract. I have never defaulted on my payments on this policy and have only made a small claim once. I wouldn't touch this company again and my panel beater who used to be part of their scheme has detached themselves from them now too. This is so disappointing. My policy is still in operation and basically pretty useless. A BIG **** and totally *****ulently deducting money off my account with no intention of supporting a claim.
