COMPONENTS COVERED

I would like to say how disappointed I am with SA Warranties. I took my vehicle in for it's 180 000km service and was informed later in the day that the engine and gearbox mountings needed to be replaced. They then called SA Warranties to put through the claim and was then informed that they are not covered under the components specified. I called the following day to found out for myself and was told the same story.<br> Could someone please explain to me why engine and gearbox mountings are not covered if the engine and gearbox are covered.<br> This is to me a total *******.. Why do we pay for something that we cannot use.<br> Disappointed with service.
