Complaint, pathetic Service

i am certainly not pleased with the manner in which this company is dealing with my refund. I dealt with an Isreal Pasha character who promised to have my refund processed in 3-5 working days. last week Thursday they only processed a portion of the R4k I was supposed to receive and the R2900 difference I had to query and was promised it will reflect in my account. have been waiting since Monday and I called this Isreal guy today and he put me on hold and ultimately dropped the call in my ear. this is pathetic customer service I regret ever having to deal with M-Sure in my life
