Complaint

I have experienced a very bad service with M-Sure warranty, first two claims made to them was paid successfully without any discrepancies because the claims were for a small amount. My car broke down and they directed me to Bosch in Chris Hani baragwanath when they sent they sent the report they disputed my claim saying the previous garage did not do their work properly. I the client contacted that garage which was Ford CMH in Randburg and they corrected everything and M-sure said we can process the claim when Bosch sent a report they disputed again saying that i tempered with the mileage but the first two garages sent the mileages when claiming and they never disputed. To cut the story short i sent them the very same invoices from the two garages stating the mileages which proves they were not tempered with, even today i am still waiting for them and i have been contacting them over and over using my own airtime and still have not received the assistance.
