COMPLAINT

i want to complain about M-sure retention consultant and complaints who fail to deliver service on several occasion, i have send several emails for cancellation of the policy but they kept debiting my account...am furious and frustrated because i have send several emails to Consult Lenash who confirm that policy is cancelled...SERVICE SUCKS......
