The company said my shortfall was not payable and would refund my premiums as per my contract. It's been weeks now and they keep saying the payment has been released but never provide proof of payment and the money has never reflected on my account. Their claims personnel Tebogo who I was corresponding with does not even respond to my emails anymore.
