Claims for hyundai i20 1.0 TGDI cooling system

Not happy at all I have an active warranty with Msure but they won’t help me with any besides dodging bullets I lodged a claim and I was given 4 dealerships to choose from that can strip and diagnose for my car and I had to pay for that , after getting there report for claims that’s when they only tell me my warranty only covers me for next year and 2027 and they told me I still also have a warranty with hyundai so my car should actually be with them so they suggested that they will tow the car to hyundai Lenasia now Hyundai Lenasia is calling me telling me I owe them for towing but Msure was the one who suggested towing in the first place , already i had to pay for strip and diagnose but my car isn’t fixed now I have to pay for towing and also pay 17000 to Hyundai for fixing my car but I have a policy with Msure but they don’t want to pay for anything everything has to be done by me.
