CLAIM REJECTION

M-Sure is not a good insurance company I never claim from my unlimited insurance but when I first submit a claim,it was rejected,my question is what are they doing with cash paid to remove to fix the car when needs be. Secondly:I experience incompetence,their consultants eill barely contact you unless you push them by calling and calling. It took them a month to get an Assessor to assess my car, after the Assessor was given a job card it took him/her to get to their service provider they chose. Thirdly:The Assessor gave an instruction that a car should be stripped for M- Sure to know what is the problem,their service Provider informed me about stripping,little did I know ,I'm liable for the stripping of the engine. M-Sure stated that I'm liable and if I did not allow the service provider they employed to strip the divine they would not have fixed it,yet the instructed their service provider to strip the engine Now Car Care Clinic has kept my bonnet,front bumper,Radiator hose and cradle as a random for the stripping fee. I would advise Car Fibances not to associate themselves with companies like M-Sure, I pray that their downfall should cone speedily and their bread choke them.
