Claim Rejection

Hi Krisen<br> Please note as per the wording of the policy and highlighted by yourself<br> d) damage to tyres or Rims that have been altered in any way from the manufacturer's specifications,<br> these mag rims fitted on your vehicle is not a BMW brand wheel rim but indeed an aftermarket mag rim that do fit other model vehicles with the same pc'd fittings as well and it is not an approved BMW manufactures wheel rim,<br> Your confirmation from BMW is regarding the tyre size only that fits your vehicles specifications, however you have not indicated to BMW SA what make of mag wheel you have fitted to your vehicle<br> <br> After BMW SA confirms that the rims and tyres are within specs, you receive an illiterate response, employ people and train them to reject claims. R3500.00 claim, I might as well just pay for it myself. Don't bother responding!!! That will just cost you money.
