''Claim Rejected''

As a first time car buyer was excited that finally I've entered into this world of driving 5 months ago when I got my self a VW polo 1.4, everything was smoth untill the car started giving a temperature light sign a couple of days ago, my engine started overheat because of the failed thermostat coolant system, took my car to the repair dealer to get it fixed, only to find out that my claim Will be rejected, by the same people THAT promised me peace of mind....trust me u don't want to know my mood right now , but I know I'm not HAPPY, 1st experience and I'm miserable. Bumper to bumper booklet provided....states whats covered and what is not...repair dealer sent them the qoute, and said non of the listed components are not covered....So I want to know what I'm paying for then, if all the listed quoted components are not covered, can I get answers before query this with ombud.....can't be ********** like this, I have a Plan A 2 year warranty....tell what does that cover then.....can I get feedback, I'm not the person who likes fighting and escalating people....but not where money is concerned....
