--claim number --HWTY037057CLM

Good day

Charlie, I want to know as a client who bought a vehicle, had it for a year, drove it for less than 15 000km and have not had to take the car for a service yet how would this influence the claim since there would be no way for us to be informed to replace the cambelt?

My patience with this claim process is running thin. I have waited for sometime now and this is not treating customers fairly, I will definitely go to the ombudsman if this influences the claim outcome!

There is no way that it could be applicable if my agreement with you is that i need to take the car for a service every 15 000km and being within that period not having to take it for a service yet how would that be relevant?

I am a new owner of the vehicle. Will it affect my claims if the past owner did not do the same? How is that fair?

Kind regards

Let me show you the response we get after one week of the repairer sending in the needed documents and cc-ing me in the mail just so that I can see the fault is not from their side but your.

AFTER ONE WEEK SENDING THE DOCUMENTS AGAIN AND AGAIN.

-- Good day, Please provide the service history for the vehicle to confirm if the cam belt service was done. Kind regards

A HUMBLE ONE LINER.
