Claim not paid - Worst Service Ever!!!!!!

I have submitted a windscreen claim for an amount of R1200 on the 22 March 2022. Now it's the 12 April 2022. I still have not received the funds. The consultant I spoke to on the 28 March 2022 if I'm not mistaken, confirmed that it takes 7- 10 days from the day I logged the claim for me to receive the funds but I still have not received my funds. I called in today in which one of your claims consultants was so rude, her name is Thabsile, I asked a question "How long does it take for M-sure to pay off claims" in which she could not answer and decided to drop the call. Worst service ever. You will regret joining as a Client
