Claim not paid

Had a claim with them, they never respond to their emails. Even after countless calls to the company, from one sales person to another they will refer you to a sales person who is handling your claim. Poor customer service, they promise to call back for updates but they never Mind you I have paid full amount upfront when I joined the insurance. Dealing with them is frustrating Still waiting for my claim to be finalised since 22 April 2022
