Claim
I am currently not happy with M-sure. I can't get feedback on my claim and can't get help from any agent at the claims department via telephone or email.
The repair centre is closing for the year and I need my car. I am waiting at the Repairs as we speak and all they want is feedback from My insurer whom I can't get hold of.
Its sad that I had to go to this platform to get assistance. Can someone please call me.

Sorry I had to give you "M-sure" a bad review because of poor communication between you and the dealer.
